U.S. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Free Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice you have input an incorrect address, please reach out to our support team info@shopbpure.com immediately. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need support, we’re happy to assist as best we can.

Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.
